Watermelon Cucumber Salad

It may be September, but us Californians know September can be one of the hottest months of the year! Luckily, watermelon season is still in full swing, which means we know the freshest way to stay cool!  This delicious watermelon cucumber salad from Joyous Health is super hydrating and is sure to be a huge hit at your next social gathering.

Ingredients

4 cups watermelon

half of a cucumber, chopped

handful of fresh mint, finely chopped

juice of 2 limes

1/4 cup crumbled goat feta

drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil
