Superfood Smoothie Recipe
1 cup of frozen strawberries (no sugar added)
1/2 cup of frozen blueberries (no sugar added)
1-2 cups of spinach or kale
2 cups of soy milk, almond milk, orange juice or water (only choose one)
2 servings of soy, whey or vegan protein powder (read the label on the package for serving size)
Optional: Add 1/5 of an avocado or 2 TBS of peanut butter or almond butter
Place all ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth! This makes two servings! Enjoy!
