3 Overnight Oat Recipes!

No time for breakfast? No problem! Overnight oats are fast, easy and pack a serious nutritional punch! These recipes require no cooking, simply place the prepared oats in the fridge overnight and they’re ready to go in the morning.

These oats are portable and the options (like our toast meals) are endless. Try these simple recipes that you’ll be excited to wake up to!

 

Blueberry Muffin Overnight Oats

Ingredients

Dry
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (mashed with a fork)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest (+more for topping!)
Wet
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup almond milk, unsweetened

Instructions

1. First, mash ½ cup of blueberries in a large bowl. Then add the rest of the wet ingredients and mix until smooth.

2.  Add in dry ingredients and mix again.

3. Place in the refrigerator, covered, for at least 2 hours or overnight. Serve cold.
Top with granola, lemon zest, and fresh blueberries.

Banana Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Ingredients 
Wet
  • ½ medium banana, mashed
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
  • ¼ cup nonfat Greek yogurt, plain
  • ¾ cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Dry
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

1. First, mash 1/2 banana in a large bowl. Then add the rest of the wet ingredients in the mix until smooth.

2. Add in dry ingredients and mix again.

3. Place in the refrigerator,  covered, for at least 2 hours or overnight. Serve cold.
