2 Ingredient Popsicles

Summer is in full swing here in southern California and there’s no better way to beat the heat than with ice cold popsicles! These frozen treats are easy to make and even easier to healthify!

Making popsicles at home puts you in control of what ingredients goes inside your pop and how much sugar is added. These popsicles have no added sugar or artificial sweeteners, which makes them a perfect treat for everyone!

The base of these recipes are 2 cups of fruit (fresh or frozen) and one cup of water. You can choose whatever fruit you like, so the options are endless.

Berry Popsicle

1 cup blueberries

1 cup strawberries

1 cup water

 

Banana Mango Popsicle

1 cup mango

1 cup banana

1 cup water

 

Chocolate Mocha Popsicle

1 14oz can of coconut cream

3 tbs cocoa powder

1 cup coffee (omit coffee if you would like this pop to be caffeine free)

 

Creamsicle Popsicle

1 cup yogurt (feel free to use Greek yogurt for a high protein option)

2/3 orange juice

 

Strawberries and Cream Popsicle

2 cup strawberries

½ cup coconut cream

2/3 cup water

 

Directions:

Place in a food processor and blend. You can blend until smooth or leave some fruit chunks in for some yummy texture!

Fill your popsicle molds with your fruit filling and let them sit in the freezer overnight.
