FACILITIES TECHNICIAN (SAN MARCOS )
Description
Perform general repairs and upkeep of facility, including carpentry, simple plumbing and minor electrical repairs. Must be able to maintain building appearance inside and outside of the facility. Must report and /or fix unsafe conditions.
Qualifications
Minimum of one year in maintenance work or related field.
Work independently and assist in maintenance projects. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, pushing, pulling, bending, stretching and climbing. Healthcare experience preferred. Clean driving record.
