Rebecca is one of NCHS’ longest serving board members. Joining North County Health Services in 1998, Rebecca was anxious to connect with an organization that made a difference in the community and NCHS made a favorable impression on her. As a banker with Discovery Bank, Rebecca takes her fiduciary oversight responsibilities very seriously and helps to assure North County Health Services maintains financial stability. Rebecca has always been an active volunteer in her community and continues to be concerned about meeting the healthcare needs of low-income families through services offered by NCHS. “As a single parent of three children, I know how organizations, such as North County Health Services make an important difference.” Click here for more information
