Dr. Aldana was born in Jalisco, Mexico, and grew up in Escondido, attending Orange Glen High School. Dr. Aldana completed her Residency at Children's Hospital, Oakland, following her Bachelors at University of California at Santa Cruz, and her Doctor of Medicine at University of California at San Diego. She currently holds a fellowship at the American Academy of Pediatrics, is Board certified in pediatrics and has gained experience at Clinica Alta Vista and La Clinica de la Raza in Oakland.
Dr. Aldana believes effective education and follow-ups are key to successful healthy lives of her patients.
Dr. Aldana has hospital admitting privileges at Palomar Medical Center in Escondido, Scripps Memorial Hospital at Encinitas, and Tri-City Medical Center.
Dr. Aldana has many personal interests including reading and travel. She speaks fluent English and Spanish.
