Dr. Elizabeth Payne says she was drawn to pediatrics because of her concern for children's health and development.
Dr. Payne was born in Huntington, West Virginia. She received her medical degree from St. Louis University and completed her residency and internship at UC Irvine Medical Center. A board-certified physician, she is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
She joined San Marcos Health Center in 1993 and enjoys developing long term relationships with a variety of patients.
Dr. Payne is a resident of Oceanside. Her favorite past times are reading, travel and gardening. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
