Vision and Hearing Screenings and licensed Childcare Centers - Project All Ready!

Project Summary

Project All Ready! provides vision and hearing screenings at childcare centers for children between 18 months and 5 years of age. If a child fails a screening Project All Ready! will refer the child to his/her medical provider. In addition, Project All Ready! will provide case management to ensure that the child is receiving appropriate follow up care. The objective of the program is to maximize a young child�s potential to learn! Project All Ready! has been serving the community since 2002.

Target Audience

Licensed Childcare Centers in San Diego County with children between 18 months and 5 years of age.
