Healthcare for the Homeless

Project Summary

North County Health Services provides health services to the Homeless population. Services provided include: primary health care, vision care, mental health and outreach/case management. This program is possible through subcontract from the San Diego Health Care for the Homeless Project.

Target Audience

Homeless population including HIV/AIDS-infected homeless population in north San Diego County.

U.S. Government through a subcontract with Family Health Centers of San Diego
