Melissa Brown
Board Vice-Chair
Melissa Brown is a long-time resident of Oceanside and graduate of CSUSM in elementary education. Melissa and her husband are foster parents of minority youth of various ethnic backgrounds and active volunteers with the County Social Services Agency. Melissa is a user of North County Health Services in Oceanside, Melissa states “As a Board member and a user of services, I am impressed with the quality and the delivery of health care services from North County Health Services.”
