As a user of North County Health Services, Emigdio is grateful for the excellent quality of services he receives. Emigdio, formerly a migrant farmworker, represents the farmworker interests on the Board of North County Health Services and is concerned about assuring they also receive high quality healthcare. Emigdio is a CPA having received his education in Mexico, and he continues to be active in the community especially in migrant education. Emigdio believes “excellent health care and quality education will help farmworkers develop themselves economically and North County Health Services is a key player in meeting this goal.”
