With 91 cents of every dollar going directly to program support and financial assistance, your investment in NCHS is an efficient way to help reach thousands of North San Diego residents who will be without any viable health care options for their families and their children. The funding gap between the actual cost of care provided by NCHS and the amount recovered through service fees, insurance payments and government contracts is widening and we need your help.

With your help NCHS will be able to continue to provide assistance to low-income families ensuring that their children have access to a healthier, brighter future.

What your gift to North County Health Services makes possible:

� $2,500 - 60 pairs of children�s eyeglasses
� $2,000 - 40 student sports physicals
� $1,000 - prenatal vitamins for one month for 100 low-income women
� $500 - 10 child safety seats
� $100 - critical antibiotics for four children
