North County Health Services has a comprehensive benefit plan with a wide variety of choices to meet employee and employee family needs. The majority of cost for employee medical, dental, basic life, and long-term disability is covered by North County Health Services.
Group health insurance benefits are available to regular employees scheduled 32 hours a week or more on the first of the month after 90 days of employment.
