Project Summary

North County Health Services provides teens and young adults with comprehensive family planning and related preventative health services. This program is designed to provide access to contraceptive services as well as supplies and education. We provide a variety of informational presentations and outreach in the North County San Diego region. Health Educators conduct youth outreach presentations on topics such as:

• Accessing care and services
• Positive self image
• Reducing unintended risks
• Realities of unprotected sex: STI's & HIV
• Communication: Adults, Friends & Partners
   

We strive to create awareness among teens and young adults about preventing unintended pregnancies and making healthier choices.  Confidential clinical services for teens ages 12-19 are available at all our clinic locations.
