Project Summary

Project All Ready! provides vision and hearing screenings at childcare centers for children between 18 months and 5 years of age. If a child fails a screening, Project All Ready! will refer the child to his/her medical provider. In addition, Project All Ready! will provide case management to ensure that the child is receiving appropriate follow-up care. The objective of the program is to maximize a young child's potential to learn! Project All Ready! has been serving the community since 2002.

Target Audience

Licensed Childcare Centers in San Diego County with children between 18 months and 5 years of age.
