The Early Intervention Services Center (EISC) is a "one stop shopping" concept for the delivery of services to the HIV community in North County where individuals can go to one location and access or get referrals to all the major services they may need. Qualified, bilingual (Spanish/ English), friendly staff is available to assist you.
