
Healthcare for the Homeless
Project Summary
North County Health Services provides health services to uninsured people experiencing homelessness. Services provided include emergency medical care, emergency dental care, vision care (depending on availability) and outreach/case management. This program is possible through a subcontract from the Family Health Centers of San Diego Health Care for the Homeless Project.
Target Audience
Homeless and uninsured population including HIV/AIDS-infected homeless population in North San Diego County.
