All employees at NCHS have undergone an intensive workshop developed by the Center for Healthcare Innovations, with the goal of learning how to better and more effectively communicate with our patients and meet their needs. C.A.R.E. stands for: Connect, Appreciate, Respond, and Empower. Our staff strives to help each patient take a more active role in their care plan to ensure the best possible outcomes.
