We accept private health plans, managed care programs (Medi-Cal, Healthy Families) and cash payments. In addition, we accept Visa, MasterCard and personal checks.  If you have no insurance, your cost of care is based on a sliding scale, which is calculated using your income and family size. Your cost of care may be discounted if you are eligible for a sliding scale.

North County Health Services is an authorized provider of several community, county and state programs (i.e. CMS, CHDP, CDP,Homeless, Ryan White, FPact). We can also assist you with your Healthy Families application, and Medi-Cal eligibility. Please refer to the list of plans and programs below.
